What you’ll do:

Position Title: Human Resources Intern – University Programs

Location: Bellevue, WA

Expected start date to end date: April 16– September 7

  • Event management included but not limited to onsite logistics, online management, vendor management, attendee correspondence, food & beverage selection and post event analysis

  • Support Marketing strategy for social media activities/campaigns, set measurable objectives, and evaluate results in an ongoing basis

  • Excellent communicator, demonstrate sound judgment, strike a balance of creativity and humor, have strong cross group collaboration skills, be action oriented, have a strong customer focus, and will bring cultivated analytical skills

  • Comfortable editing and curating design content in either Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator

  • Strong project management skills, global experience preferred

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Experience with Event Management; data entry and in-depth analysis (desired)

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Displaying professionalism and superior communication skills with external clients/partners
