PRO Sports Club Recruiter in Bellevue, Washington

The Recruiter works with the Sr. Director of Human Resources and HR Department in the areas of, candidate management and on-boarding, including performing phone screens, reference checks, organizing and managing candidate interactions with hiring managers, administering drug screens and background checks, typing offer letters and ensuring all required forms and procedures are completed before New Hire Orientation. The Recruiter plans, prepares and successfully executes on various projects as assigned. This role makes decisions that have an impact on the department and business. Innovative and solution based thought and communication are critical to the success of this position. Other duties as assigned by the Sr. Director of HR will be required. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Recruiting & Hiring

  • Initial point of contact for applicants concerning recruiting issues

  • Administers and maintains records for drug test results, background and reference checks

  • Provide managers with assistance on phone screening and reference checking applicants, and scheduling interviews

  • Update internal and external job postings on weekly basis

  • Maintain and update all required logs including, but not limited to: open requisitions, recycled candidates, additions to headcount, replacements, and rescinded requisitions daily

  • Maintain records on recruiting activities as required

  • Responsible for club wide temporary labor placement

  • Maintains all phases of the interviewing and selection process up to and including prescreening, phone screens, interviews, reference checks and other aspects of the on-boarding process

  • Track and maintain open requisitions using ATS and other varied excel spreadsheets

  • Manages all forms of social media recruiting including, but not limited to: Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and industry specific sites

  • Responsible for internship programs and coordination

  • Assist with preparation for Career Fairs and attend when necessary

  • Responsible for quarterly distribution of Cast Member Survey to all new hires.

  • Assist in the coordination of inter-department projects as well as club wide initiatives.

  • Coordinate times with Presidents schedule, reserve room and order food for Traditions as well as providing invitations and signing up new cast to attend

  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by HR Management

New Hire Orientation

  • Ensure all new cast members are ready for NHO

  • Background and drug results received; references completed

  • Offer letters signed

  • Non-Compete Agreement

  • Verify license eligibility for all applicable service providers

  • Run Social Security Check and Homeland Security Check on all new hires

  • Conduct New Hire Orientation

  • Conduct Safety & Harassment training

  • Clearly communicate policies to new hires

  • Create cast member account in Active Directory

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience a plus

  • 1 - 3 years of recruiting experience preferred

  • 1 year Human Resources experience required

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a project-oriented role including maintaining various project log preferred
