We are looking for an enthusiastic Community and Social Engagement Specialist to help our customers on our Social Media Help Channels and on the German Autodesk Community forums.
Based in our main DACH office in Munich and as a central part of our supportive, outgoing, international Community team, you bridge between our customers and Autodesk s product development making you and the interactions you have with the clients truly influential. Your research skills and fast learning ability are just as important as your excellent communication skills and your understanding of the possibilities that professionally curated social media channels create. Proactively assist customers on Twitter and Facebook, field and analyze customer inquiries, and escalate issues to our Support teams and other subject matter experts as needed
Monitor and identify trends and customer engagement opportunities
Participate in the Autodesk community by engaging with new users, optimizing our Community for search and findability and following up on replies to identify solutions
Encourage community participation
Source potential candidates for the Expert Elite program
Support community online events
Knowledge in online community principles and practices
Excellent communication and research skills
Eager to learn new technology quickly, including new applications and tools
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Independent work-style in a highly collaborative environment
Decidedly customer-centric attitude
Ideally internships or previous work experience in marketing, customer support or any other customer-facing functions
Fluency in German and English both verbal and written is a must; fluency in Japanese a definite plus
