HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Daily Grind – You will be tasked with managing purchase orders, activities, and the process of tracking invoices for the Military Sales Division. However, you will also be partnering with our Order to Cash and Finance teams to ensure payment timeliness and financial requests.
You’re Part of a Team – But a sense of independence will be needed – and with a self-starter like you, we know you’ll succeed! In this role, you will be able to support both our internal and external customers on a regular basis.
Special Projects – Get your creative juices flowing! You will be working with our external field team to develop customer-specific marketing events. You will partner with our external vendors, such as industry publications and graphics companies, to assist with these in-store activities.
And you have to be able to juggle – Multiple and conflicting priorities will come up under specific time constraints. You have to be quick to act when these issues arise.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Pursuing degree in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or other related field at an accredited institution
Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours
Must live within a commutable distance to the work location
Minimum of 2.7 GPA (Cumulative)
Knowledge of Excel
Demonstrated ability in effective communication, both written and verbal
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
