Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and activities to fill in a vacancy gap with high quality candidate who obtains the right competencies at the right time i.e. Normal search, Referral Program, Internal Job Posting Program (IJP), Campus Recruitment, Job Fairs, Career Expo., etc.

  • Sustain or accelerate sourcing and selection quality in order to attract and bring in high caliber talents ; ensure all recruitment activities are compliance with company policy, business integrity and code of conduct i.e. survey/benchmark to identify targeted sourcing of candidates from local and oversea business universities, selected recruitment agencies or media channels; sustaining selection quality through educating and encouraging all hiring managers to use competency-based interview in the selection process, etc.

  • Lead and manage strategic recruitment programs to build employer brand and increase talent pipe line i.e. Trainee Program , Employer Brand Building, Summer Trainee/Internship Program, Campus Relationship Building Program, etc.

  • Look for opportunity to simplify the recruitment process; ensure all process and related documents are well-prepared and recorded to comply with recruitment process

  • Manage and monitor Recruitment Budget and process; monitor and update Recruitment Status and submit monthly report to immediate Manager

  • Maintain and Ensuring effectiveness of internal communication system and support employee activity as part of employee engagement program

  • Execute training logistic to support Training Deliver Plan

  • Handle or lead other related duties/projects assigned by the immediate manager.



  • Bachelor degree in related field (business, HR etc)


  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Talent Acquisition in MNC or FMCG

  • Experience using Recruitment System


  • Proven continuous improvement mindset

  • Ability to manage in a fast paced, high volume environment

  • Displays a sense of urgency

  • Must be flexible and have the ability to multitask

  • Analytical capabilities and attention to detail

  • Collaborative nature and team spirit

  • Takes initiative and anticipates customer needs and issues
