This position offers the selected individual the opportunity to learn about Graphic Design in C3’s Concerts Marketing Department.
This is an unpaid internship. College class credit is required.
Learn to create and work with graphics for upcoming C3 shows using provided assets for various mediums (i.e. - print, online, social media, web banners, etc.)
Be part of the production of posters to distribute around town and maintain inventory
Assist in distribution of posters around the office, campus, and other prime locations
Help organize and print bi-weekly Motorblade Poster Campaigns
Other duties and projects as assigned
Must be able to receive academic credit from your college or university prior to starting assignment
Must be 18 years or older and have a sophomore standing or above
Commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours a week or 3 days per week on a part-time basis
Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Masters program at an accredited college or university
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
Knowledge of print and web art requirements,/sizes
Pays close attention to details
Knowledge of music genres and a passion for music
Knowledge of social networking sites, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, creative, team player
Ability to interact with multiple departments, marketing partners, and external clients in a professional and personable manner
Take direction well
