The Team

The Digital intern will be responsible for an assortment of tasks related to TCM's Digital products. This includes supporting Product and Content Operations for TCM.com, Watch TCM, and FilmStruck.

The Job

Tasks may include:

  • Monitoring our website's help desk to review user feedback
  • Film research and metadata selection
  • Quality control and testing for various products
  • General support for the Digital team The Essentials

  • Detail oriented, exceptionally organized with excellent communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of digital products (i.e. websites, mobile apps) and web development processes.
  • Some experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal.
  • Must be able to take direction, resize images, organize folders and create consistent file naming conventions
  • Must maintain a positive attitude under stress in a fast paced, highly demanding environment
  • Film knowledge is a plus The Perks

Spring 2019 program dates are January 21stthrough April 12th. Interns are paid a competitive-wage based on location and relocation is not provided.Participation in the internship program is reserved for students who are currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Most positions are targeted to upperclassmen and graduate students.
