PLEASE NOTE: POSITION LOCATED IN ATLANTA, GEORGIA OFFICEJOB SUMMARY:Char-Broil is seeking a digitally savvy and highly organized Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing department in Atlanta, GA. In this role you will further the success of our three brands Char-Broil, Oklahoma Joe's and Saber Grills. We will rely on you to bring solid organizational skills, project management, digital expertise while exuding excellence, accountability, and a caring nature. You will work across a breadth of digital marketing areas such as social media, email, web content management, and ecommerce. If you possess these skills and love to talk about grilled food all day, this is the job for you.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Social MediaGather data for quarterly social media scorecardProject manage Saber social: Create timeline, publish posts, measure, community managementAd-hoc research on hashtags, trends, competitive intel and real-time opportunitiesEmail:Project manage the creation of Saber and Oklahoma Joe's email: create timeline, assemble assets in template, test, send and measureAssist team and agency with Char-Broil email testing to ensure design and links are correctWebsite Content:Upload assets to homepage, landers and other key pages across all websiteCoordination and execution of reviews sweepstakes and other sweepstakes throughout season Ecommerce: Assistance with product setup across all brandsRun product data audits in Salsify to identify products with missing information, communication to Product Management teamOther product lifecycle coordination such as missing prices, price changes aliases, etc. General Coordination: Upload all content to DAM, follow established naming conventions, assign search keywordsInternal communication of Public Relations activityField CMS cases into various response groupingsReceive sales team requests for in-store or digital shelf assets, enter completed requests into BasecampManage all product sample requests and ensure proper budget allocation and deliveryVarious research needs - store walks, weather patterns, food trends, BBQ competitions, etc.Office Management (5% of time)Main point of contact for office vendors for coordination of cleaning, pest control, beverages services, etc.Set up new recycling programOffice supply and beverage inventory management Check the mailContact with IT department for equipment resolution and replacementQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSMinimum Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or related field.Minimum Work Experience:From internships with measurable accomplishments up to four years.LICENSES/CERTIFICATONSGoogle Analytics certification is a plusKNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES Experience with digital marketing practices and channels either through school projects, internships, or jobsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)Google Analytics certification a plusExperience with Facebook and Instagram publishing a plusExperience with tools we use a plus (Magento, Wordpress, Salsify, BazaarVoice, Conductor Searchlight, IntelligenceBank, Basecamp)Self-starter with a high level of accountability, organization and a knack for project managementAbility to work across multiple brands and multiple functionsAbility to work in a highly collaborative creative environment where ideas will be challenged, and feedback givenAbility to be positive, solutions-oriented, while having fun and inviting innovationStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with persons of various personality types at varying levels within and outside the company.Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
