BASIC FUNCTION:The Market Sales Manager (MSM) is the key executive responsible for the overall profitability,sales culture, sales promotions, people development, store standards/operations and customerexperience excellence for their assigned group of La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries. The MSMrepresents the Company in their store unit and geographic location and therefore is held to thehighest standards of ethics, integrity and professionalism.
