Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a new inspiring leader to transform the way we do University Hiring at global level.As the Global University Hiring Leader, you will work with a truly international team of recruiting professionals and with senior leaders across multiple HP businesses and geographies to bring the best talent to HP.What will you do?Set the strategy and provide direction to AMS, APJ and EMEA regions on attracting top quality graduate and intern talent for HPSet the global University strategy and ensure alignment and delivery is consistent across each regionDrive the global approach to partner school strategy, prioritizing target schools and ensuring a consistent go to market approach across all pan-business hiring locationsDrive and monitor actions to meet graduate and intern hiring targets across all three regionsMonitor successful strategic candidate pipeline and sourcing activityPartner with our external partners and internal stakeholders to develop employer brand awareness among future university graduates including marketing and PR in target locationsProposes innovative approaches and solutions to position HP as an employer of choice among students & graduatesPartners with AMS Intern Program Leader to design the framework for the internship program, ensure a great candidate experience and drive intern conversion.Partners with the workforce planning team and with the HR leaders to identify the hiring needs for internships and graduate rolesBuild relationships with HP partner universities, career services, external vendors, and internal stakeholders in order to design and sustain a great experience for our interns and graduatesEducation and Experience Required:First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred in HR, business, managementTypically 6+ years of experience in HR, program management or related fieldExperience in university recruiting is a plusYou will be considered for this role if :You have excellent program management skillsManipulating data and turning it into insights is something you have a natural preference forYou have a good digital brand and are familiar with the newest social mediaYou feel comfortable juggling with multiple priorities at the same time and you are organizedYou are able to consult various stakeholders and influence decisions at executive levelYou have excellent communications skills developed by working with various stakeholders and senior leadersYou love having colleagues located in all parts of the world and appreciate our cultural diversityHP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
