  • Manages the full life cycle recruitment process

  • Delivers an exceptional experience both for the candidates and the hiring managers

  • Conducts and executes innovative strategies for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, and hiring talent to achieve business results

  • Provides consultation and guidance to leaders, candidates and employees on talent acquisition practices, processes, timelines, and outcomes.

  • Conducts effective sourcing of diverse, qualified candidates for leadership, experienced professional, and non-exempt positions. Ensures diverse candidate pipeline by using applicable sourcing tools and attending recruitment events

  • Ensures that the job boards and job postings are current

  • Develops recruitment scorecard for managers to assess recruiting process and candidate experiences

  • Consults with hiring leaders and the People Managers on talent acquisition strategies to address hiring needs.

  • Develops and implements key performance indicators to assess progress and the return on investment for recruitment efforts.

  • Develops and implements of University Relations strategy and Internship program.

  • Tracks recruitment metrics and analytics including: time-to accept as well as time to fill the positions. Ensures compliance with the government regulations, including EEO, AAP

  • Educates stakeholders on legal standards and the internal recruitment processes including "dos and don'ts" as well as interview etiquette (Develop recruitment SOPs)

  • Develops and implements social networking plan including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook

  • Provides consultation and guidance to leaders, candidates and employees on talent acquisition practices, processes, timelines, and outcomes.

  • Guides selection decisions.

  • Negotiates offers with selected candidates, provides insight into the organization's benefits, career opportunities, and other competitive features that differentiate our company.

  • Ensures successful completion of documentation and compliance with all hiring requirements.

  • Identifies and applies process and practice improvements to ensure ongoing quality execution.

  • Represents the company in various internal and external hiring forums, as well as with professional associations as needed.

  • In collaboration with Branding and Marketing, assists with developing the broader recruitment strategy for NA recruitment efforts.

  • Maintains ongoing communication with business leaders.

  • Maintains excellent working relationships with hiring leaders, employees, candidates, People Business Partners, Corporate Rewards, and HR Shared Services as needed.

  • Delivers data driven recruiting solutions that are efficient and effective.

  • Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) and other software tools as needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of full life cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Previous experience with developing a staffing plan and projections

  • Experience with branding and participation in various events

  • Expertise utilizing social media for advertising, sourcing, and recruiting high caliber candidates

  • Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel

  • Experience with various HR Information Systems (Workday experience a plus) and working knowledge of ADP payroll systems

  • Must be a self-starter who can work well independently as well as within a team environment

  • Solid knowledge of Federal, state and local employment laws and ordinances

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and presentation skills are a must

  • A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and manage time effectively

  • A proven ability to establish strong positive relationships with leaders, stakeholders and team members

  • Excellent project management skills, data analytics and forecasting

  • A proven ability to effectively address and manage complex situations with poise and tact

  • Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels within the organization

  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment

  • Must have a high level of integrity and be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in working within a highly matrixed, global organization

  • Background in designing internship program and maintaining relationship with the Universities

  • Previous experience partnering and negotiating terms with Recruitment firms and/or staffing agencies for temporary and full time vacancies
